Payments

At the end of the checkout process, you can choose either Paypal or 2Checkout (2CO).  You will be redirected to the site of your choice for payment. 

Paypal payments are made to bronwen316@yahoo.com. 

If you choose 2CO, your card will be charged by 2Checkout (2CO), an authorized retailer.  All Natural Mommies may NOT appear on your credit card statement, though you may see "ANMommies" mentioned.

Returns

All Natural Mommies offers a 100% money back guarantee on all products with the exception of:

  • Products which are customized including Embroidered names
  • Cloth diapers
  • Cloth diaper accessories
  • BreastFeeding supplies

You can return custom orders that do not show signs of wear. Customers will have two weeks to return items. After this two weeks, there is a 15% restocking fee.

If an item you received is damaged or defective, please contact us within 10 days of receipt.  The item may need to be returned directly to the manufacturer.  We can help determine where the item should be returned. 

Shipping Charges

We charge a flat rate of $5.00 for all orders up to $99.  Orders over $99 ship for free.  USPS Priority Mail is our preferred shipping method.  However, We reserve the right to ship via an alternate method at our discretion. 

Please note, some of items ship directly from the manufacturer.  Therefore, you may receive more than one package when purchasing multiple items.  I will send you an email when your items have shipped directly from me, at that time I will let you know if you will be receiving a package from elsewhere.  Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions about our dropshipped items. 

In an effort to keep our shipping charges low and to Reduce ReUse Recycle, we often reuse clean shipping boxes and packing material.   Please do not be surprised to find your item shipped in a previously used box. 

At tihis time, we only ship within the United States.  We can not accept International orders.

Privacy Policy

All Natural Mommies is committed to protecting your privacy at all times. Your information is gathered and used for the sole purpose of communication and order processing. Your information will never be rented, shared or sold to any person or company for any reason. Every precaution is made to protect your privacy and make sure that your information is safe and secure.

We only collect Personal Identifying Information (name, email address, phone number) when it is volunteered and only use it for the express purpose for which it was given.

Your personal information is collected for use in payment processing. We utilize 2checkout  and Paypal, which are both secure in protecting your personal information.

Newsletter

Your e-mail address is also 100% safe with us. We follow the Ezine Privacy Policy to the letter and do not track "PII" (Personal Identifying Information).

Our email newsletter is always sent with all recipient addresses hidden.  So, no one will see your email address while reading the newsletter.

Be assured that we will never sell or give out your e-mail address, phone numbers, or personal home addresses. We don't like receiving SPAM or junk mail and are sure you don't either!

All testimonials displayed on this web site have been gathered by obtaining written consent from our clients and we will only display information given to us with their approval. We also modify identifying information if requested.

At All Natural Mommies you will find links to external web sites.  We screen all link requests to be sure we link only to family-friendly sites.   However,  All Natural Mommies is not responsible for the privacy policies and/or practices on other sites.
