Frequently Asked Questions

Order Delivery Time

When ordering a custom item from All Natural Mommies, the estimated shipping time is around 2-3 weeks. We will contact you so that you are aware of any changes in your order shipping date. Stock orders are usually shipped within 3 to 5 days after order processing. If there is a delay for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible via email.

You will be able to login to your account to check the status of your order.

Custom Orders

For our customers convenience we offer custom ordered products in addition to our large line of stock items. Due to the nature of our customized products we have certain policies and procedures that govern the sale of customized products. In order to prevent problems in communication and to ensure customer satisfaction, it is our policy to send confirmation emails, regarding the details of your customized order, for your approval. When you receive the confirmation email we require that you reply to us acknowledging that the details provided within are in fact the exact specifications to how you want your order customized. It is our general policy to not accept returned custom orders however,should a custom order ever need to be returned for any reason other than defects in craftsmanship, you will be responsible for shipping the item's back to us and be subject to a restocking fee of 15%. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause our customers, however in our experience it is very difficult to resell custom orders that have been returned.

Return Policy

If you ever have any problems with the quality or workmanship of any item, let us know. We want to work with you to correct the problem.

Any unwashed items, including custom items (custom items are however subject to a restocking fee, for more information), can be returned within two weeks of delivery. We will decide on a case-by-case basis whether we will issue a refund, exchange, or store credit, however shipping charges are non-refundable.

Any defective carrier can be returned for exchange, repair or replacement within 60 days of purchase, as long as it has been cared for according to the washing and care instructions posted on our site. Items not cared for according to instructions will not be covered by this warranty.

Any additional shipping charges will be the responsibility of the buyer.

All Natural Mommies is proud to be a member of the mom pack, and as such we offer a 7% off coupon to all mom pack members. Please contact me to get the validation code to use upon check out.

Military Discount

To show our support for those serving in the Armed Services, All Natural Mommies is proud to offer a 10% discount to all service members and their immediate families. This 10% discount can be applied to any purchase, including custom orders. To verify that you are a military member or dependent, we ask that you send, fax or e-mail a copy of your military I.D. card. Please be sure to black out your Social Security Number! We don't want or need your personal information! If you choose to use this option please contact us to receive our fax number. After we have verified your military status, we will email you a coupon code for your 10% off!

Multiples Discount

Yes, we do offer a discount for families with multiples. This discount of 10% can be applied to any purchase, including custom orders. Just e-mail, fax or send us a picture, and we will happily give you the code to use upon check out! (We ask for a picture to verify that you do have twins or more!
